Tyler Blind
Project Manager, LEED AP

Tyler Blind is responsible for managing the preconstruction and construction activities for projects for Reeve Contracting. He is responsible for working with the Reeves team on quality control, checking specifications and shop drawings, material and equipment approval, expediting and coordination and scheduling. Tyler has developed strong working relations with owners, architects and subcontractors which fosters his effective teamwork and increases the efficiency of the projects in which he is involved. His dedication to excellence is an asset to our project teams and to all of Reeves' clients.

John Bledsoe
Senior Project Manager, Estimator

John Bledsoe has more than 35 years of construction experience in the Atlanta area including more than 30 years in estimating and project management for municipal projects involving sitework, grading, clearing, utilities, paving, road construction, hardscapes, irrigation and lighting.
From the preconstruction phase to the project’s completion, John is a team player whose dedication and solid work ethic is simply unmatched. Working closely with the owner and architect, John will maintain open lines of communication and provide exceptional service to the entire project team. He will establish and monitor procedures for controlling the cost, schedule, and quality of the work in accordance with the construction contract.

William Reeves
Project Manager / Estimating / Safety Director
OSHA 30-Hour Training, CPR & First Aid Training
William started with Reeves Contracting in 2004. As project manager, he manages the overall coordination of the project team and ensures an effective flow of communication throughout the preconstruction and construction stages. William prepares preliminary budgets, final takeoff and pricing, subcontracts and purchase orders. He schedules subcontractors and vendors, processes submittals, shop drawings, pay requests, change orders, job status reports and close-out documents. William is detail oriented and cost conscious and works hard to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. William also handles all contaminated soils and water remediation operations.

Cynthia M. Girard
Office Manager & Corporate Secretary
Cindy began working at Reeves Contracting in 1984. She coordinates job related needs and is responsible for requesting job permits, ordering and tracking materials, working with subcontractors and managing all additional office duties including accounting, payroll and recordkeeping. Her 30+ years of industry experience, strong work ethic and attention to detail help to ensure precision and accuracy in the office.

Dawn Welch
Administrative Assistant
Dawn joined Reeves Contracting in 2004. She brings more than 20 years of experience in a construction office environment to Reeves. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support by communicating, coordinating and collaborating on business functions and operations and preparing correspondence, compiling reports and performing research. She is also responsible for secretarial and accounting duties.

Will Clark
Project Manager
Will Clark is responsible for managing the preconstruction and construction activities for projects for Reeves Contracting. He is responsible for working with the Reeves team on quality control, checking specifications and shop drawings, material and equipment approval, expediting and coordination, and scheduling. Will has developed strong working relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors, which fosters his effective teamwork and increases the efficiency of the projects in which he is involved. His dedication to excellence is an asset to our project teams and to all of Reeves' clients.

Felix Rexach
Assistant Project Manager
Felix started with Reeves as part of an intern program at GA Tech while working on his Civil Engineering degree. He is learning the responsibilities of a project manager by gaining valuable jobsite experience. His duties include obtaining plans and permits, interacting with subcontractors, change order documentation and estimating.

Beth Hart
Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant
Beth joined the office staff as the Recpetionist in 2011. Since then, she was moved into the accounting department where she works closely with the project managers and subcontractors to process their paperwork and billings. Beth has a strong backgroun in customer service and represents the company in a very professional manner. She brings over 25 years of office experience to the company and is LEED AP certified.

Mary Webb
Receptionist
Mary is our newest addition to the office staff. She joined our team earlier this year and brings over 20 years of administrative experience. Mary is familiar with the fast-pace and time sensitive demands that are a routine part of working in construction. She possesses a "can do" attitude and readily accepts challenges.
