Plaza Midtown

Plaza Midtown is a mixed - use community encompassing a 3.3 - acre city block that includes 20 - stories, two-towers, 550,000 square feet of upscale condominiums and 70,00 square feet of street-level retail space.

Reeves Contracting was responsible for the rerouting of an existing city sewer with a new 42” reinforced concrete pipe. Included in this project was Shoring, Dewatering, sewer By-Pass, Demolition, Tunneling and Asphalt Paving.
